Pages Group
This group is used for create stylish cover page add in document or page break easily.
1. Cover page: We can add full cover page any section on document with title, author, data and other information about our document.
Using save selection to cover page gallery we can add cover pages and modify remove easily.
2. Blank page: if we want to wrap out text into another page with one blank page, we need to add blank page.
3. Page Break: Insert a new blank page in document it goes next page without press next button.
Table Group
In table, select boxes for create rows and column, maximum 10 columns and 8 rows can create using boxes, and with insert table option, we can create maximum 63 columns 32767 rows in single document. Draw table used for custom table.
Example: for bill and any other table related drawing.
There is many other option after create a table some as follows:
Different table style with border or no border design.
Using draw table and erase, customize table easily.
We can arrange table data in Ascending & Descending order.
Simple calculation formula for sum. Using Ctrl + F9 apply formula.
Table data alignment, cell Margin, Autofit our table data.
Merge cell convert Column into a single cell.
Re - assign column width and row height.
Split table any position that converts our table into a multiple table.
IIIustration Group
1. Picture: Picture option is used for place image for the computer drive into the document and Format Tab open for picture setting. Using format Tab we can adjust our picture for following points.
ㅇ Remove background area.
ㅇ correction picture color (Brightness and contrast).
ㅇ Add artistic effect on picture/ picture effect/.... (Shadow/ reflection/ glow....).
ㅇ Add picture border/ picture layout/ (title apply)/ position of picture and how to adjust text using warp Text option. Warp on picture can easily move picture anywhere if image locked (Not move).
ㅇ Crop picture / Resize picture / picture orientation.
2. Online picture: It is used for insert any picture online (internet must be connected for this option)
3. Shape: we can insert readymade shape in your document. Example Arrow shape, flow chart star and banners etc. When we draw shape in document its related format tab open for shape effects with format tabs
4. Smart art: Represent our work with diagram (Different style list, process, hierarchy etc.) Design tab help us to manage your diagram color layout and shape if needed and different smart art style for manage our diagram.
5. chart: chart help us to show our table data in different chart style chart can be create in column type , Bar type line type and any other available. Design and format tab open while any chart design with the help of design tab.
ㅇWe can do different chart style.
ㅇSwitch data in row column.
ㅇSelect data (Range how much data show in area)
ㅇEdit our table data (Add/ Delete) more row and column automatically adjusted in chart.
ㅇAdd different chart elements and change the chart type easily.
6. Screenshot: It helps us to add a snapshot of active window into the current document.
Links Group
Link section is helps us to create link between document and by other web address.
ㅇ Hyperlink: This option is used to create link.
How to create hyperlink?
ㅇClick on "insert tab"
ㅇselect "text"
ㅇClick on "hyperlink"
ㅇSelect "file"
ㅇClick "ok"
Bookmark: This option is used to create a bookmark to assign a name to specific point in document.
How to create bookmark?
select "text"
click on "insert tab"
click on "bookmark option"
Type "selected text"
Click on "Add"
Cross Reference: cross reference is auto link of heading , bookmark , table or any other caption create , place a cursor and insert reference type for link for cross reference.
How to create cross reference?
create heading
click on insert tab
click on cross reference
Select heading from reference
Insert heading list on the first page
Header/ Footer: It help us to repeat contents on every page example : document title, any company name ,or logo can be repeat Header used for declare top area and footer for declare Bottom area of the document. Header and Footer Can apply by double click in margin area of the top and bottom.
Page number: Page number help us for arrange our document page , it can be in number format , alphabet and roman format. Top of page apply page number in top area with left, center and right alignment and same for Bottom of page number area.
Text Group
Text Box: Text box contains important data about paragraph and can move anywhere in document. We can change the direction of text in text box and link with other text box.
Quick Part: Insert pre-formatted text in document anywhere for reuse the text which is type in document property.
Word Art: Insert a design full word art in the document with different word art shape or shape style.
Drop Cap: Drop cap large our first letter of paragraph. It can capitalize minimum 10 lines. Letter can drop in margin or outside margin on document.
Signature Line: It i specified the person name or person designation Who signed the document , we can also add digitally signature signed in this section.
Date & Time: Insert current system date and time quickly in the present document.
Object: object is used for insert another file data in our document. Object and insert already exciting file from the (Create from file) Command. File can be word file , excel file ,power point file or any other format.
Symbol Group
Equation: Insert built in equation or create our own mathematical equation using equation command section. Example: Fraction , Radical, Integral and many other available for create equation.
Symbol: Insert special symbol character from the fonts for creates any pamphlet design or documentation. Symbol can be found into symbol font, webdings font and wingdings font.
